We hold tables for 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation time. Groups of 8 or more require contacting our booking team directly and may be subject to custom menus or deposits.

3. Order & Cancellation Policy

Online takeaway or delivery orders are final once placed. Any modifications or cancellations must be done by calling the restaurant immediately. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Flame & Grill is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of this website, the inability to book a table, or delivery delays by third-party services.
